Ormedian Labs

Privacy

Ormedian Labs (“Ormedian”, “we”) runs a static public website with an updates and early-access form and a careers application form. We use the details you submit to respond to the purpose of your request.

What we collect

• Updates and early-access form submissions: email and your selected interest (required), plus optional name, company, and role.
• Careers applications: name, email, role, links, answers about your work and interest in Ormedian, and any optional details you choose to provide.
• Basic server logs from our hosting provider (e.g., IP address, user agent) for security and reliability.

How we use it

• To send research updates or contact you about future early access, according to the interest you select.
• To review applications and contact candidates about the open roles.
• To protect the site and prevent abuse.

Data retention

We keep updates-list details and applications while needed for the purpose they were submitted for, or until you ask us to delete them, subject to any applicable retention requirements.
