Interns (Undergrads) — AI / Software Engineering

Who it’s for: undergrads who want to ship real product features and learn strong engineering habits.

Commitment: 8–12 weeks, part-time or full-time. Remote OK.

Responsibilities

  • Build small product features end-to-end (UI + logic).
  • Implement evidence packaging components (manifest, bundle structure, export).
  • Add observability/evaluation hooks (lightweight metrics + summaries).
  • Improve docs + examples; write short, clear technical notes.

Requirements

  • Comfortable with either TypeScript or Python (bonus if both).
  • Can read/write Git, GitHub PR workflow.
  • Can explain what you built (writing matters).
  • Curious, proactive, and able to ship without hand-holding.

Nice-to-haves

  • Astro/React, Tailwind, Node tooling.
  • Basic ML/LLM familiarity, experiment tracking, monitoring concepts.

Cofounder — Technical (Product Engineering)

Who it’s for: a strong full-stack builder who can own early product engineering and talk to users.

Compensation: equity-heavy (early-stage). We’ll be transparent about runway and expectations.

Who it’s for: operators/educators who can run crisp workshops and turn guidance into team habits.
