Careers at Ormedian
Ormedian helps teams ship Assurance Packs — versioned evidence bundles that stay coupled to the system you deployed. We’re building practical tooling for audit-ready evidence: documentation, traceable logs, and post-release monitoring signals.
We’re early-stage and moving fast. We care about shipping, clarity, and good judgement.
What we’re building
- Assurance Packs as a release artefact
- Evidence capture: logs, eval summaries, risk notes
- Monitoring-by-default: signals → thresholds → actions
- Diffs across releases: what changed and why it’s safe
How we work
- Small increments shipped weekly
- Written-first: docs and PRs matter
- Pragmatic engineering and clean UX
- Security/privacy minded by default
- Remote-friendly, outcome-driven
Open roles
If you care about turning evidence into something teams can actually ship and maintain, we’d like to hear from you.
