Ormedian brings AI evaluation, provenance, risk decisions, and monitoring into a coherent approach to release evidence. Assurance Packs are the release-level records at the centre of that approach.

These roles are open for people who want to turn a clear assurance approach into practical tools.

What we’re building

If you care about turning evidence into something teams can actually ship and maintain, we’d like to hear from you.

Interns (Undergrads): AI / Software Engineering

Who it’s for: undergrads who want to ship real product features and learn strong engineering habits.

Commitment: 8–12 weeks, part-time or full-time. Remote OK.

Responsibilities

  • Build small product features end-to-end (UI + logic).
  • Implement evidence packaging components (manifest, bundle structure, export).
  • Add observability/evaluation hooks (lightweight metrics + summaries).
  • Improve docs + examples; write short, clear technical notes.

Requirements

  • Comfortable with either TypeScript or Python (bonus if both).
  • Can read/write Git, GitHub PR workflow.
  • Can explain what you built (writing matters).
  • Curious, proactive, and able to ship without hand-holding.

Nice-to-haves

  • Astro/React, Tailwind, Node tooling.
  • Basic ML/LLM familiarity, experiment tracking, monitoring concepts.

Cofounder: Technical (Product Engineering)

Who it’s for: a strong full-stack builder who can own early product engineering and talk to users.

Compensation: equity-heavy (early-stage). We’ll be transparent about runway and expectations.

Requirements

  • Strong full-stack chops; can own product delivery.
  • Good taste: UX + engineering judgement.
  • Comfortable with early ambiguity; talks to users.

Nice-to-haves

  • Enterprise SaaS, security/privacy, regulated environments.

What we’re looking for

A builder with strong judgement who can ship quickly and keep things clean.

Facilitators (Workshops / Adoption / Partnerships)

Who it’s for: operators/educators who can run crisp workshops and turn guidance into team habits.

Compensation: paid per session/cohort + referral upside (where appropriate).

  • Help convert guidance into team habits (checklists, review rituals, runbooks).
  • Collect feedback to shape the product.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and structured thinking.
  • Has run workshops, training, or enablement (evidence required).

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with governance, QA, security, procurement, or engineering leadership.
